At The Ainsty, training our team is very important to us as they are vital to maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Many of our staff have been trained or are being trained by Smart Training. We believe in on-going training that benefits both the individual and the customer experience.

We are also extremely privileged to have 'Trainer of the Year', two years running, Daniel Pettigrew training our team.

We are also very proud to have on board 8 personal license holders, meaning there will be always at least one person onsite with knowledge of the Licensing Act 2003.

We also have a lot of training through the BIIAB as we are an approved training centre with the BII (British Institute of Inn keeping).



We also train our staff through Diageo, the world's leading premiumDiagio training drinks business. The Diageo ESP course teaches our team about the consistent perfect pour, which we are very proud to maintain at The Ainsty, plus excellent product knowledge.
